A. You may either download it for free or call customer service at (231) 845-1263 and order one as part of an equipment pack.

Q. I've checked for your products in my area, but no one seems to carry them or they are out of stock. How do I get one of your items?
A. You can purchase products directly from our site under the "Products" section of the website.

Q. I have a vintage carrom board and I want to find out more information about it.
A. You can learn more about older boards by visiting our Vintage Carrom Boards Section.

Q. I have a damaged game and need (a) a repair part or (b) replacement. What should I do?
A. Please contact the store or catalog where you purchased the game. They will tell you how to proceed. Do not send it back to Carrom without proper authorization or it may be refused.
