The standard discount is 20% for most items. During special promotions and clearance sales, employees can save up to 50%.

What type of warranties/guarantees do you offer?

All games sold by CarromGameStore.com are provided with a manufacturer's warranty to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Should any defect in material or workmanship appear within the warranty period, the component will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Please note this product is not intended for commercial or institutional use. Any use of this type will void all warranties. The warranty does not include damages from misuse, vandalism, incorrect assembly, or shipping damage.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, with many shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery times will vary depending upon location.

How does consolidated shipping work?
