Billiards and board games from the Carrom Company of Ludington and chess sets and kaleidoscopes from the Drueke Company are among a dozen or so Michigan toy manufacturers featured in the Michigan Historical Museum Batteries Not Included exhibit.

“Batteries Not Included: Toys from the Michigan Historical Museum offers the largest exhibition of toys from our collection in the museum's history. You'll see toys, games, model cars and recreation equipment that either were made in Michigan or were used in Michigan.”

The exhibit runs until March 6th, 2011. Admission is free of charge. For more information, please telephone the Michigan Historical Museum at (517) 373-3559.
